MGRAFX POLICIES
DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS
We accept all major payment types. For CashApp or Apple Pay options, please contact MGRAFX directly. A 50% deposit is available for orders over $300, with the balance due before final files are delivered. Orders below $300 require full payment upfront. Please note that all deposits and payments are non-refundable. Final files will only be sent once the full balance has been received. Clients with unpaid balances will not receive their final project files until the remaining amount is paid in full.

TURNAROUND TIMES
Turnaround times are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard turnaround times is:

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Refunds are not available due to the time and effort invested in custom designs. If you wish to cancel a project, please notify MGRAFX DESIGNS immediately. No refunds will be provided for canceled projects. To rebook, full payment will be required again.
Returning to a previously completed project for revisions will incur a reopen fee. Any significant design concept changes require a new service to be booked.

COMMUNICATION
Timely communication is critical for project success. All calls will be conducted via Zoom. Please contact us to schedule a free consultation call.
Projects cannot proceed without proper communication and submission of required materials. Clear and responsive communication is essential to avoid delays. If there is no communication within 14 business days, the project will be placed on hold, and a reopen fee will apply to resume the project.

FILES & REVISIONS
Final files will be delivered via a Google Drive folder link, which will remain available for download for 90 days. After this period, files will be removed. Clients are encouraged to download their files promptly.
All projects include up to three (3) complimentary rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions, regardless of size, will incur a fee per revision.
Rush services are available for flyer designs only. For other design services, please contact us to check rush fee availability. Websites and bundle projects cannot be rushed under any circumstances.

PROJECT START & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Projects will begin once the new project form is submitted and all required materials—such as images, inspiration, measurements, and payment—are provided.
For product packaging orders, clients must provide exact measurements or a print-ready PDF before the project can commence.

SCOPE CHANGES
If the scope of the project changes after work has begun, additional fees and timeline adjustments may apply.
